由科技部国际合作司主办，西南科技大学承办2017畜禽养殖加工及废弃物处理国际培训班在我校开班。中心罗学刚教授作为主讲教授，对来自一带一路沿线的马来西亚、巴基斯坦、老挝、赞比亚、缅甸、尼泊尔等国家的有关政府官员、20多名从事动物科学研究的专家学者进行了培训。

The international training classes of livestock processing and waste treatment open in 2017, sponsored by the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of science and technology, hosted by Southwest University of Science and Technology. Professor Luo Xuegang in the Center, as a chief professor, give a special lecture to the trainers who are the relevant government officials, more than 20 experts and scholars engaged in animal science study from the countries along One Belt and One Road such as the Malaysia, Pakistan, Laos, Zambia, Burma, Nepal and other countries.
